It started with listening.
Threshold didn't start in a boardroom. It started with my partner going through the change, and me wanting to help.
Mostly, what I could do was pay attention. Some weeks were harder than others and it wasn't always easy to say why β and by the time an appointment came round, half of it had gone.
So I went looking for something that would help, and didn't find it. The apps were clinical, or they turned it into a game with streaks to keep up. The advice was loud, and one-size-fits-all. What was missing was something calmer: a place to notice how you actually feel, keep track without pressure, and walk into an appointment prepared rather than dismissed.
So I built it β shaped far more by listening than by telling, with nothing in it to fail at.
